2. Personal data we process
When you complete our contact form, we may process your name, company, business email address, phone number, enquiry category, and message. Our servers and security measures may also process limited technical data, such as IP address, browser type, and access date and time, to operate and protect the website.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- responding to enquiries and taking steps towards a business relationship — action at the data subject’s request and legitimate interest;
- providing, administering, and securing the website — legitimate interest;
- meeting accounting, tax, or other legal duties — legal obligation;
- loading Google Maps — consent, collected separately through the preference banner.
4. Recipients and transfers
Access to data is limited to authorised staff and service providers who support hosting, email, maintenance, and security, only where necessary. If you choose to load the map, Google may process data as an independent provider. Transfers outside the European Economic Area are made only where appropriate GDPR safeguards are in place.

Where no contractual relationship follows, we review and delete or anonymise enquiries that are no longer needed, generally within a maximum of 3 years.
